After the Floor Plan is accepted, I am able to complete the set of plans. The Elevation page of the plans show each side of the home and include the roof pitch. The grade of the land is also visible and allows you to see how your house will look on the property. Normally this is done at 1/8 inch scale. The front elevation is done at 1/4 inch scale and will depict rock, brick, stucco, siding, shutters, roofing and special details.
