If you elect to purchase Program #1 (see Programs) you will recieve a FLOOR PLAN & ELEVATION similar to this sample. This 1/8 inch preliminary design is drawn to scale and can be taken to a draftsman to complete your set of plans ready for construction.
If you elect to purchase Program #2 or #3 you will also receive this preliminary design as part of your set of plans. It will be the basis on which we "tweek" the plans before going to 1/4 construction drawings.
