Once all changes and modifications are made to the 1/8 inch design, the 1/4 Inch preliminary is drawn to scale. More detail, room sizes, door and window sizes are accurately placed on the plan. At this time I supply you with "furniture templates" so that you can furnish your house and better visualize the floor plan.
